Real Estate License Renewal

To access the State of Alaska license renewal portal you must have a MyAlaska account and an active MyLicense account with the State of Alaska.

 

Select the Renew My License button if you have done this before.

 

If this is your first renewal you may need to register for a MyLicense account, select My First Renewal, and follow the instructions to set up your account through MyAlaska.gov
